After the beautiful poem that was posted on our Facebook page yesterday, I got a hankering to read some more poems. I'd forgotten how much beauty could be found in a brevity of words. Found this page, and thought I'd share...
I have selected the poems on this page strictly for the beauty of their words and images; there may be other poems that are more philosophical, more innovative, etc., but there is something captivating―something transcendent―about beauty. Also, I think it can be refreshing to put aside all other criteria and simply contemplate those poems most likely to be a joy forever, or at least as long as the English language endures ...
