class action mesh compensation law suits

Seems like every time I follow a link there is an add soliciting me to see if I am eligible.

Clearly I am not eligible but I do have some mesh in me. I am wondering if this is targeted advertising because I am in some kind of mesh data base or if this is the next class action craze?

Anyone else see these.

It's ANOTHER one of those FDA fubar's......pushing thru crap that is NOT totally vetted. HAPPENS ALOT......FYI.....always
ask questions and IF you do NOT receive adequate answers to your questions REFUSE TREATMENT OR FIND ANOTHER DOCTOR. You absolutely are REQUIRED to be your OWN medical advocate.......

I'm seeing a considerable number of them, and I have no mesh. I think it's a general advertising blitz rather than a targeted campaign. HIPAA is looking out for you still

No, I was wondering if I was targeted for adds. That question NTM answered. If you want to go on wrt to being your own patient advocate , feel free to do it here. I think it is a great topic and have a couple of stories of my own. I just thought that it would benefit the site for it to show up elsewhere. It would get more exposure because some would love my place to become purgatory.
