You're doing just fine nobody! Thank you for letting everyone know about this because as you said, this could certainly impact a lot of people if there's raw sewage getting into the water supply.

Dye and smoke tests are good tests for sewer infiltaration. You mentioned "city water" is this Bailey Water Distirct? Most municipal water lines are under constatnt pressure so a back pressure event is needed to bring water in from cracked pipes. But it is a serious situation. Are there any of your neighbors that are willing to file complaints as well>
Where is the mobile home park in Bailey? I guess I need more info.
Do you own or rent? What is the source of your water? (from the individual private well that is caving in or from a municipality) What is the point of wastewater return (septic tank or municipal sewer system).
