Asked IT hubby for recommendations. First, the obvious, which likely isn't the issue but you never know (his favorite solution is "Turn it off, turn it back on again" and 99% of the time, that fixes the problem. He's had people complain that their computer won't turn on and when he asks if it's plugged in, they indignantly check only to sheepishly say "Ummm" - start with simple and obvious always!) - make sure the font chosen isn't one that has a shadow option that is in use.
Next, try reducing the resolution of the monitor.
If that doesn't work, you likely need new monitors. Hope it doesn't get to this, but if it does, I highly recommend LED monitors that are 1080p, although 720p will do okay for most applications.
Good luck!
"Now, more than ever, the illusions of division threaten our very existence. We all know the truth: more connects us than separates us. But in times of crisis the wise build bridges, while the foolish build barriers. We must find a way to look after one another as if we were one single tribe.” -King T'Challa, Black Panther
The truth is incontrovertible. Malice may attack it. ignorance may deride it, but in the end, there it is. ~Winston Churchill
