It has always been a mystery to me that we could build 3 nuclear bombs in 1945, yet 70 years later some countries who want nuclear capability still cannot create their own nukes. I know the ones we first built were crude and dirty, but isn't that what somebody like Iran would want?

North Korea can build one, but it appears they can't deliver it via missile. Too big?
