Members of the Rotary Club of Conifer presented Nook eReaders to West Jefferson Elementary and Elk Creek Elementary Schools Feb. 20 along with $100 gift cards to purchase books for the readers.
This is part of the Rotary on going program to promote literacy in the elementary schools in the area. Nooks have also been donated to Deer Creek Elementary in the Platte Canyon District, and will be provided to Marshdale Elementary school.
