Fun Font Additions & New Codes to Use was created by MountainTownTechCrew

Sorry, this is kind of long-overdue from our upgrade in November.

The new, fun things you can do with the bbcodes listed above! For most of these, type in whatever you want to say, highlight the text to select it, then click the button above for whatever you'd like to do to the text. There are a few that have an extra step, they are explained below. If you ever have any questions, or would like some help, please PM this nic, or send us an email!

What Does It Do - let's posters make a comment stand out differently from the rest of their post that doesn't relate to the topic at hand.

How Do You Do This:
Type whatever text you'd like, highlight it to select, click the [offtopic] button above. It will add the words "Off topic:" and change the color to italicized blue automatically.

What Does It Do - let's you change the font you have typed
How Do You Do This:
Type your text. Highlight to select, click the [Font=] button. Enter the font type you'd like behind the = symbol
*A note: these fonts tend to shrink the font size. Highlight again and make it bigger by clicking on Large or Huge in the Font Size drop-down menu at the top right.

What Does It Do - Gives readers a quick link to results from a Google search, without having to type it in themselves.
How Do You Do This: type any term/text that you'd normally enter into the Google search box, highlight to select, click the [lmgtfy] button and readers can click on the link it creates that will take them to the Google Home Page, enter the term to search automatically, and pull up the results while you sit back and relax!

Sometimes we'd like to indent text to indicate a list. There are a few different ways you can do this depending upon if you prefer it to indent only, indent with bullet points, or indent with numbered points. See below for how to do this and PM us if you have any questions!

List
If I want to make a list that's easier to read, type your title, then your list underneath as if you were starting a sentence on a new line each time, highlight what you want to make an indented list and click the List button from above:
Why do I love the color blue
It's pretty
It's soothing
I want to fly in the blue sky
Water is awesome

Highlight from "It's pretty" through "Water is awesome", Click List

Why do I love the color blue

What Does It Do - adds a black box with red outline around your text

Type what you want to say in the Dialog box, highlight to select, click the "important" button above.
*You can add other style changes such as Bold, Italics, Underline, Font Style and Font Size inside this box as well. So this:
