Rusty O'Shivers? What if I want to include me middle initial? If I used the same table for my middle initial as my first initial then I'd be Rusty Lucky O'Shivers, t'other way round and I'd be Rusty McFeverish O'Shivers. The later reminds me of a certain former Shipmate's condition four days at sea after his first 72 hour liberty in Subic Bay!
