"Bacon Restaurant Forced to Close after San Fran Residents Complain of Aroma of Bacon
A popular San Francisco restaurant called Bacon Bacon must shut its doors Friday after failed negotiations with neighbors who complained about the smell of bacon.
The restaurant serves burgers, grilled cheeses, breakfast sandwiches, and more, all served with bacon. It also runs a food truck, which roams the city providing San Franciscans with bacon.
But now that’s over, the San Francisco Examiner reports:
But now a popular pork-focused restaurant in the Upper Haight must close its doors Friday following months of failed negotiations with neighbors over neighborhood concerns about porcine aroma and grease disposal."..............

Slightly off topic, I visited the Zang Brewing Co building which is now El Senior Sol, selling crappy Mexican food and it also has a weed dispensary in the same building. Usually I don't mind either smell, but the combo of both made me want to yak my chimichanga. Perhaps the smell of bacon in the San Fran hood is mixing with other contrasting odors?
The left is angry because they are now being judged by the content of their character and not by the color of their skin.
I love the smell of bacon, but having that smell around day in and day out, I think it would become more annoying than pleasant.
For annoying smells....I had a friend who raised mice in his basement down in Denver, quite a lucrative business, but, of course, the neighbors complained.....and Denver required him to put in a very expensive exhauset system scrubber.......end of lucrative mice business. Can't say I blame the neighbors.....mice are stinky.
