Plz Help! Bailey Day Set Building, May 30, 6p @ Lynwood Park

We will be meeting this Thursday night (May 30th) at 6pm at Lynwood Park in Bailey to build some of the items we will be using at Bailey Day, such as the jail. We will be working on assembly and painting.
PLEASE PLAN TO ATTEND

Right now, the weather forecast says there is a 0% chance of rain for Thursday, but if it does happen to rain, we have a place to do our work indoors, and I will send out an Eblast on Thurs if we need to use our rainy day alternative spot.

REMINDER: We still need more Olde West attire and props for the Olde Tyme photo booth. If you have any clothes, hats, boots, dresses, ropes, wagon wheels, hay bales, fake guns/holsters, or anything else Olde West, could we borrow it for Bailey Day?

Also, there will be a LIVE AUCTION at Bailey Day this year. So far, we have about 10 donations to be auctioned off at the High Noon Auction. We need about 20 more items, or certificates for services.
