Consulting services related to the development of a Master Plan for the coordination of recreational assets and efforts in the Conifer Area.

PRE-PROPOSAL CONFERENCE
There will be a pre-proposal conference for firms wishing to learn more about this project. Attendance is NOT mandatory (per Addendum #1).

We received an addendum to post. The Pre-proposal conference on June 13th is NOT mandatory to attend for firms wishing to submit a proposal. Please be aware of deadlines.

This addendum will be e-mailed to participating firms and posted on the Rocky Mountain E-Purchasing website. There is/are 1 page(s) including this cover sheet.

The following clarifications/changes are to be incorporated into the RFP documents for the above referenced project:

The Pre-proposal conference scheduled for June 13, 2013 is NOT mandatory. Proposals will be accepted from firms not in attendance at the conference.

This project and all addenda will be posted on the Rocky Mountain E-Purchasing website. ([url=http://www.RockyMountainBidSystem.com" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;]http://www.RockyMountainBidSystem.com[/url])

Firms wishing to participate in this RFP process should ensure they have all addenda prior to submission of proposals. Failure to acknowledge receipt of any addenda applicable to this project could result in the rejection of your response.

The Project Title on the front page of the RFP should read Conifer Area Recreation Master Plan. Two words were transposed.

PROPOSAL DUE DATE:
The due date will remain June 27, 2013, no later than 11:00 a.m.

Questions:
The deadline for questions is June 20, 2013 at 11:00 a.m. Questions must be submitted via email to . or via fax to 303.271.8598.

Your acknowledgment that these clarifications/revisions have been incorporated must be noted on the “RECEIPT OF ADDENDA ACKNOWLEDGEMENT” page (provided in the RFP documents) and returned with your proposal.

IMHO this is very important......much input will be needed by the consultant. IMHO Conifer will become Evergreen on steriods in the future and 285 will be THE alternate into Summ it County (70 cannot be exoanded). Support by far looking citizens is solicited.
