69th anniversary. It would be awesome to visit next year. Mike Rosen from KOA is doing a tour there in 2014.

While D-Day was the first and last beach landing of this size, let's also remember all the other WWII vets who served on other beaches like Anzio, island hopping in the Pacific, and elsewhere.
