285Bound at Bailey Day Saturday - Need Volunteers!

Hey Everyone! We will be at Bailey Day this Saturday as we are proud to sponsor this great community event yet again. If anyone is available to help staff the booth for a while, please let us know via PM or posting here. We're scheduled to set up at 6:30am, but the festivities don't start until 9am-ish and go until 5pm - come for as long or as little as you like, we'd be glad to see you again! We are booth #31 in between Puggles Bee Lotions and the Platte Canyon Chamber/285 Tourism info booth (it appears that it's down toward the Conoco end).

The theme this year is a fun, olde-time Western. There will be a ton of kids activities, a photo booth (complete with costumes!), wine from Aspen Peak Cellars, our very own Luna's Mandala pus other local vendors, delicious food, plus it will be a beautiful day in the mountains - what more could you possibly need? http://www.fairy-lamp.com/PCACC/Bailey_Day_2013.html

Bailey Day June 15, 2013 Set Up
Welcome to Bailey Day 2013! Spaces have been planned, there is plenty of room, arriving at the scheduled time so that vehicles can be rotated off of the street is important. Please make every effort to arrive on time. Please enter Main Street from the west end by the Conoco. Unload your vehicle, park, then return to set up your booth. There will be transportation available from vendor parking areas to Main Street if needed. However, we encourage you to walk back to your booth due to the already busy streets. Please be sure to park in vendor parking areas only! Other available parking is for visitors or is a No Parking Area and you will be towed. A shuttle is available and recommended from the top of Crow Hill for friends, family, and other visitors. Vehicles may enter Main Street to tear-down after 5:00pm.
