Just took the dogs on a long walk tonight. Will have to start leaving earlier after tomorrow to get home before dark.

Let the countdown to the best seasons of the year in Colorado commence, Fall and Winter! In the meanwhile let's all do our parts to bring rain (minus the lighting and hail), please wash your cars and leave the windows/sunroofs open, start a roofing project, and hang your freshly washed clothes out to dry on a line outdoors.

I can explain it to you but I can't understand it for you.

Corruptissima re publica plurimae leges; When the Republic is at its most corrupt the laws are most numerous. - Publius Cornelius Tacitus

Best seasons are fall and winter? That's debatable my friend. I can't wear my short shorts in the winter without freezing my hiney off, I'll take spring and summer any day! :woo hoo: To each their own...

Don't forget there's a super moon on the 23rd!

"Now, more than ever, the illusions of division threaten our very existence. We all know the truth: more connects us than separates us. But in times of crisis the wise build bridges, while the foolish build barriers. We must find a way to look after one another as if we were one single tribe.” -King T'Challa, Black Panther

The truth is incontrovertible. Malice may attack it. ignorance may deride it, but in the end, there it is. ~Winston Churchill

No question summer brings certain events every year, I just don't like the heat and the fires. In the meanwhile here's a wonderful distraction from the evacuations and fire that are too close to everyone's homes:

The closest and largest full moon of the year, called a "supermoon" peaks on Sunday, June 23, 2013.

A supermoon occurs when a full moon coincides with the moon being closest to Earth in its orbit, also known as perigee. The near perfect timing of these two celestial events makes the moon appear larger and brighter in the night sky.

For those of you who follow astrological transits.....MERCURY goes retrograde on the 26th of June.....it will resume DIRECT on July 20th.....( if at all possible, AVOID signing contracts or finalizing deals until Direct motion.)....Interesting side note...because John
Lennon's wife,Oko, was an astrology advocate, she managed all the record deals using MERCURY retrograde to their advantage) :musicnote: :readp: :bookread: :musicnote: :musicnote:

I like the way this man thinks. Car windows currently open to encourage rain.
