Reading some of their stories made me cry, 3 of them had babies on the way. That so many selflessly put their lives on the line humbles me. Thank you again to all of our local firefighters who volunteer, please stay safe.

Please consider making a donation to Wildland Firefighter Foundation - http://www.wffoundation.org/Index.asp

The only organization that is out there to help the families of the fallen wildland firefighters is the Wildland Firefighter Foundation (WFF) wffoundation.org. The Wildland Firefighter Foundation is a 501 (c) 3 non-profit and all donations are tax-deductible.

It has been already a busy season for the WFF and they are short of money from what I'm hearing. They are already in AZ. They are the only safety net. Please spread the word about the Wildland Firefighter Foundation.
