As a KV resident we have had our own super secret dump station. But with time and environmental regulations changing we are losing our DS. Our new waste water facility won't be set up for RV waste either. The problem is our facility including the new one uses natural living organisms and RV holding tanks usually use chemicals to control the stuff. The chemicals kill or harm the natural organisms in the facility so no more super secret dump station.
BTW I am happy to see that we are using a natural process rather than a chemical process.
Last I knew Hondo Arms in Jefferson was operating an RV dump. There was also one in Bear Creek Lake Park. You might call one of the RV dealers for other places, I'd be pretty surprised if they didn't have an up to date list of locations if they didn't operate one on their premises.
Dakota Ridge Campground
at the extreme western end of Colfax. $10. If the office isn't open they have an envelope drop. Nice people. Yes you have to go down the hill, but you'll come back up much lighter. tongue:
Evergreen Metro District Wastewater plant on Meadow Drive (right behind da-kind soup). At the entrance gate there is a small trough and clean-out to dump your RV poo (see red arrow). It is free so please don't make a mess.

Thanks, I'll check it out, for next time I have a big load to dump.
