I needed a second computer and called computer hounds, not being very savvy with technology I was not sure what i needed but Pierre asked some questions gave some advice and we decided on the right configuration. I picked it up Friday and found that it was loaded with software and set up so I was able to start using it immediately.
My highest recommendation to the hound.
