PRESS RELEASE
October 29, 2013
On October 27th KENNETH LOUIS PETERS, 45 of Silverthorne, CO was arrested in Jefferson County on a Park County Arrest Warrant, and is currently in the Park County Jail on a NO bond hold. PETERS is charged with the following:
1. C.R.S. 18-3-306 Internet luring of a child, one count, a class 4 FELONY.
2. C.R.S. 18-3-305 Enticement of a Child, a class 4 FELONY.
3. C.R.S. 18-6-701 Contributing to the Delinquency of a Minor, 4 counts, a class 4 FELONY.
Sheriff Wegener commended our SRO deputies, Investigators and the Re-2 School District for their unyielding efforts to bring this individual to justice and for protecting our kids.
