It just started a little bit ago and our deck is covered already. How's it looking up in Conifer, Pine, and Bailey?

"Now, more than ever, the illusions of division threaten our very existence. We all know the truth: more connects us than separates us. But in times of crisis the wise build bridges, while the foolish build barriers. We must find a way to look after one another as if we were one single tribe.” -King T'Challa, Black Panther

The truth is incontrovertible. Malice may attack it. ignorance may deride it, but in the end, there it is. ~Winston Churchill

I live for Fall and Winter in Colorado, best two seasons of the year! I love the snow and I can't remember when we have had a lengthy cold snap. I don't mind shoveling, and plowing. Having to wear a few extra layers to stay warm doesn't bother me either.

The Wundermutt comes alive when it snows, he will romp and play hard in the snow and I usually have to force him back into the house when I've had enough exercise. He'll go and go if I let him but four hours of wrastel'n in the snow and wandering the woods is about as much as I can take, especially when it's getting dark around 1630.

For me the best kept secret about Colorado is that we get 360 days of sunshine, even the biggest storms don't last very long. I love watching the national news channels when they highlight the "blizzard conditions" in Colorado but rarely mentioning the weather in Colorado otherwise.

I can explain it to you but I can't understand it for you.

"Any man who thinks he can be happy and prosperous by letting the Government take care of him; better take a closer look at the American Indian." - Henry Ford

Corruptissima re publica plurimae leges; When the Republic is at its most corrupt the laws are most numerous. - Publius Cornelius Tacitus
