Mt. Evans Elk Mgmt Plan -Please take Online Survey by 1/1/14

Colorado Parks and Wildlife is developing a herd management plan for Elk in the E-39 Data analysis Unit (DAU), referred to as the Mount Evans Elk Herd. E-39 encompasses portions of Arapahoe, Clear Creek, Denver, Douglas, Jefferson, and Park Counties and includes Game Management Unit’s 39, 391, 46, and 461. Thanks PF already took it and passed it on to family in Lakewood, Conifer, Evergreen, Bailey, etc.

Curious how others feel about the elk herds in the areas. I know there are a few in Evergreen who are fed up with their destroying their yards but most enjoy them. In spite of the large herd in Conifer I would like to see more.
