Education Grants:

Since 1988, the Association’s Board of Directors has awarded grants to graduating high school seniors who plan to continue their education. In July of each year, we award 21 grants (three per director district) of $1,000 each. The grant winners are chosen by a lottery-type drawing as there are no scholastic requirements. The winners must be members, or children of members, of the Association, and be a graduating high school senior in 2014. All you need to do is download and fill out the education grant form and attach a letter of acceptance from a college, university or vocational/trade school and return your completed education grant entry form to IREA’s Sedalia office no later than 5:00 p.m. on June 26, 2014. Educational grant forms are also available to pick up at any IREA office. Winners will be notified by July 7, 2014.
