I went to a pig roast that was that way, the entire pig was just laid out on a picnic table. You could cut off what ever piece you wanted. Luckily there was at least one ear left by the time I go to the table. :biggrin:

How about a luau with a pig wrapped in leaves and cooked underground. When done they dig it out, lay it out on a clean cloth and every helps themselves. Fantastic!
