For starters, all of these new phones show us that there's real interest in phones that protect user privacy, encrypt their data, protect them from malware, and stop companies and governments from snooping on their activities. At least, there's interest from companies looking to capitalize on privacy fears and woes. That could be a win-win for consumers, as long as we're not just trading one group soaking up our data for another. Let's take a look at the phones, and the pros and cons.
