Is Burland HOA on this website?

Is Burland HOA on this website? I did a search but didn't find.

My niece received their most recent newsletter from the PC Sheriff's Office about numerous car break ins in the area. It probably should come from them. I did go to their website but didn't find the current newsletter just the January one. Also went to the Park County website to see if maybe there was a Sheriff's statement.

At any rate if you see anything suspicious please contact the PCSO. They could use your help.

Thanks Pf. This is a more recent statement by Burland HOA regarding car break ins specifically in Burland.

Important Information From The Park County Sheriff
Hello Neighbors,

The Park County Sheriff’s Office needs our help. 2014 has started out with several car break-ins in our area. The Park County Sheriff’s Office is doing all they can to patrol and gather information, however, help from the community could help them apprehend the suspects more quickly.

Living in the mountains comes with all kinds of benefits. We often take for granted when we hear a dog park or a motion light go off and chalk it up to a wild animal. The Park County Sheriff’s Office is asking you NOT to do this. If you hear a dog barking out of the ordinary, or if you see motion lights go off out of the ordinary they ask that you contact them to investigate. Of course, they can’t investigate why every dog is barking, so please use your best judgment.

Things that you can, and should do immediately is to make sure your cars and sheds are locked. Do not leave valuables in your car and please do not ever leave your keys in your car. If you have a game camera, you might want to consider pointing it at your car for a while. If you get any pictures with individuals not permitted on your property the Park County Sheriff’s Office wants to know immediately.

Keep in mind that any tips or assistance you provide to the Park County Sheriff’s Office is anonymous and will only help to make our community a safer place for us all.

The Burland Ranchettes Homeowners Association considers this to be a VERY important issue and is working closely with the Park County Sheriff’s Office to help inform the community. If you help to provide useful information about these crimes to the Park County Sheriff’s Office, the Burland HOA is offering a reward.

If you have any information that the Park County Sheriff’s Office might find useful please contact them right away at 303-838-5853

Thank you in advance for helping to make our neighborhood a safer place for all. Please forward this message on to friends and neighbors, the more people keeping an eye out the better. If a neighbor sent you this email please make sure you visit www.BurlandHomeowners.org and sign up for our newsletter so you are notified right away of important messages like this one. Burland is pretty spread out. It would be nice to know the approximate areas that these break-ins are occuring.

Thanks Mtn Gramma for posting it.

Looks like everyone is being alert. My niece went for a walk today and every car drove by slowly and took a good look. She took a good look at them too. Good that everyone is on high alert.

It would be nice if the PCSO could be more specific but we were wondering when the Sheriff put out the info about Bailey from the link you posted Pf if they were talking about Burland. Now we know.

There have been a number of issues in the past that have been reported so I have an idea that PCSO is well aware of the potential who(s). Can't really do anything unless they actually catch them in the act so hopefully someone will observe them. And from what we know it could be any where in Burland when they fan out.
