There are some nice but a little dated townhomes in Hiwan. Spacious. Lots of green areas for the dogs and you don't have to do yard work.

I heard Upper Burland was a nice area!

FOH There are so many lovely places in Evergreen. We have friends who live near the lake, have a home business and walk almost daily and also take their small nonpowered boat out on occasion.

If you like lots of elk visiting Hiwan and the Ridge offer so many opportunities to see them.

And there are some subdivisions that will give you access to Open Space like Elk Meadow without having to drive to it.

So many possibilities.
