Sorry Blazer Bob, no can do on the size restriction. Check out the 285 Corridor Restaurant Guide thread that I haven't gotten to fixing yet since we migrated
http://mymountaintown.com/forums/285-co ... ning/11864
and you'll see why. Anything bigger than 800 pixels messes up the thread because it runs off on the right-hand side. The other issue with that is that the larger the image, the bigger the file size which means a.) it's taking longer for folks to download who have iffy internet and b.) once we move to uploading files directly to our server, it's going to eat up a ton of storage space which will cost us more in hosting fees (though if we grow proportionally in traffic, I can justify charging more for advertising, but I like keeping prices low so any local business can afford advertising with us).
LOL, I asked about the Shift Refresh yesterday, in regards to how to update the images on a mobile device where you don't have that option. I like your idea for the website, but we have to make sure it isn't active as well on mobile devices because every time it refreshes, it's downloading 1-2MB to your phone and will quickly kill low data plan users limit.
Opening links in a new tab should be addressed today.
Thanks guys!

Also, this is not for the website but I would like to see more dinners, potlucks or maybe a picnic so we have a chance to see everyone in person.
How about this
as the first 2014 "MMT" gathering? Are you working Sunday?
