Electricity went out about 7ish last night and didn't come back on until about 3 this morning in Fairplay. Anyone know any reason why?

The voltage went to zero, causing the current to go to zero, and since P= V X I = 0 X 0 = 0, ergo the Power (P) went to Zero. Elementary, my Dear Watson.
