OR 31 MILES WEST OF COLORADO SPRINGS...MOVING EAST AT 10 MPH.

HAZARD...DAMAGING TORNADO AND HALF DOLLAR SIZE HAIL.

SOURCE...LAW ENFORCEMENT CONFIRMED TORNADO.

IMPACT...FLYING DEBRIS WILL BE DANGEROUS TO THOSE CAUGHT WITHOUT
SHELTER. MOBILE HOMES WILL BE DAMAGED OR DESTROYED. DAMAGE

Was this from the hail or a tornado?

Tornado. Power lines down in many places. A house destroyed, occupants ok. But they cant get to the house because a windmill down blocking access. Smoke report in Eleven Mile canyon. Opening up shelters in Fairplay and Lake George. Modular house - roof is gone, but the deputy can't report the address because that blew away. But he knows the name of the person who lives there.
