Meet Platte Canyon Volunteer Firefighter Nick Mersinger
On May 22nd, 2014, Nick was badly burned in an accident at his home. He suffered serious burns to over 25% of his body. Nick will be hospitalized for an extended period while receiving treatment (including skin grafts) and physical therapy. Insurance will cover some of his expenses, but not all.
Nick’s friends at Platte Canyon Fire Protection District in Bailey, Colorado are working to raise money to help Nick and his family. If you can help by giving even a few dollars, please visit the link below and donate. Every little bit helps. Thank you!
