The power of Mother Nature is awesome, in this case also very destructive. Some of the videos of the aftermath coming out in the press show damage that defies logic, entire buildings striped from their foundations and scattered tens if not hundreds of yards away. It's a shame that people were killed and injured but from looking at the damage it's amazing to me that the toll hasn't been any worse than it is.
