Ah yes, refreshing rain just drenched us here in Ranchos, nice sleeping tonite....I love seeing the
trunks of the trees turn dark with water...(my flower gardens are JOYOUS too)
Just had a very nice, albeit far too brief, blast of intense rain here at the Cave. Knocked the air temp down at least 10 degrees and the humidity is always welcome (because it doesn't last; the antithesis of climates at lower altitudes)!
Maybe we'll be treated to Mother Nature's version of fireworks later on tonight? I'll keep an eye on the NWS radar. I hate hot weather, when you're cold you can always put on more clothes and move around to warm up. When you're hot there is a social standard for the minimal amount of clothing allowed. Even if you are naked and alone there is no escaping the heat unless you have AC or a walk in freezer! The countdown continues to my favorite seasons of the year - Fall and Winter!
