Yes, THAT is correct, however, I believe Sotomayor states it best....THIS is mucking up the decision
that was PREVIOUSLY put down as law.....it UNNECESSARILY creates confusion and makes things more
complex...(overloaded dockets because of the nebulous NEW situation).....which is what I predicted previously...the dockets will be filled with "they did it and SUCCEEDED, so we are going to file also."
How would anyone even consider contraception preventive medicine? Contraceptives don't prevent disease or block the spread of contagion. There is always the option of keeping one's legs closed. What did people do about contraceptives before the ACA?
