ANYONE KNOW WHERE I CAN GET LEATHER SADDLE BAGS REPAIRED?

I have a leather saddle bag in need of stitching and a little reinforcement with leather pieces so it won't tear in the middle where it drapes over the horse.

I need recommendations for a repair person up here, Conifer, Pine, Bailey, Evergreen etc
