Here is the video of the second of five Conifer Community Plan Meetings that the Jeffco Planning Commission is intending to hold as they revamp both the county Master Plan, and the Conifer Community Plan. There were only 18 people at this meeting - if you'd like to provide input, you may attend the next 4 (the next one is currently scheduled for Sept 25th, probably at Conifer Community Church from 6:30-8:30 again) OR you can email your comments to Heather Gutherless at This email address is being protected from spambots. We were 5 minutes late in arriving to the meeting, as we were coming straight from the Elk Creek Fire BOD meeting, so the video starts with Heather already presenting. Our apologies for missing the beginning.

Here are the handouts that they had at the meeting. During this session, they went over 2 sections: Historical Preservation and Air, Light, Odor, and Noise. If you'd like the entire files, please contact Heather (they are too big to scan or upload photos of and be able to read here).
The audience went through each goal one-by-one and submitted votes if they agreed with, disagreed with, or thought there needed to be adjustments made that the Planning Commission had recommended. Then there was discussion if there was anything but all Agree votes.
Here's the first pages of each handout of the 2 sections of policies so you can see.
