It's backed up past the old Safeway now. I guess people really want to see the fall colors. Looks like Buster's is having a big event too...
I just got back from Evergreen and encountered the traffic. I got off at Kennedy Gulch and drove by Conifer Mountain then to Kings Valley and back on 285. That worked pretty well except it was nonstop traffic when trying to make a right turn on 285. There is a short merge lane there, but the dummy in front of me didn't seem to see it and took over 5 minutes to make a right hand turn. There are lots of very nice fall colors up by Conifer Mountain, though.
I was up at Kenosha Pass yesterday and it was an overflowing parking lot there. I'd hate to try going up there today. It's very impressive, but I think it may of already peaked.
Lots of goodies to score at Busterfest! (And the CTI demonstration was awesome too...not just cuz my boy was here)

Okay, it's now cleared out at least in front of Conifer Marketplace back to the Conifer Towne Center.
Aren't the colors pretty behind Conifer High School?!

Kenosha Pass was dangerous, people were backing up to parallel park on 285. But we did have at least three good weeks of golden Aspen and may get one more.
