Yes, confirmed by the lady who originally posted it on our Facebook page, as she just posted this:

UPDATE: The case manager at Jeffco Planning and Zoning confirmed that the meeting has been cancelled, she also added that "the applicant is no longer pursuing the property for sale". She said that she has sent mass emails out to the HOA's involved as well as the people and companies involved so far. The signs posted on Conifer Mountain will have cancelled signs posted on them in the next couple of days.

But in times of crisis the wise build bridges, while the foolish build barriers. We must find a way to look after one another as if we were one single tribe.” -King T'Challa, Black Panther

WOO HOO! Such good news. Glad they didn't want to take on Jeffco/Parkco residents.

Now if only we can get the mud wrestling, etc. stopped by the State Land Trust.

THAT problem will take care of itself....CREDIBILITY is lacking and due diligence (lack of) will UNdo this proposed plan. The BOCC AND the Fire Dept will hold this promoter hostage....JMO
