Once again the news channels are getting all hyper about the snow.

Just wonder what your prediction is for your house seems except the "Storm of the Century" they just blow things up so they have something to talk about.

So my prediction for my home in DCVR is 8 inches by Friday morning at 10:00am. I have nowhere to go and will have plenty of food leftover from Christmas so I hope for more.

Will take pics and post them once I am awake and have breakfast.

Happy Holidays and Let It Snow!

Trusting in wxgeek, I'm going to go with 8", maybe 9", for the Green Mountain area of Lakewood since 2-6" is predicted for the Urban Corridor and we usually get a bit more than Denver.

Bring it on!

Missed by a little - we actually got 10" of snow! What's the verdict so far for y'all?

Got about 8 inches at the Cave, went out to clean off the Heep and noticed that the snow was stacked up in layers. Top couple of layers were light fluffy snow, but underneath there was a layer of Graupel and ice on the bottom.

Glad for the seasonal weather! Can't wait to see what the next weather system brings our way, I think we are overdue for a whopper Winter blast.

I can explain it to you but I can't understand it for you.
