Going thru deadlines on sale of house, needed a QUICK response for service/cleaning of furnace. Todd,the owner of Ponderosa Heating and Air came out on short notice and serviced our furnace. NICE guy,very reasonable price point and very knowledgeable. It made our "stressful" week a little less stressed. THANK YOU Todd Hutchcroft for great service.

Wrote a contract on house in Montrose....about a month ago. Contingent on sale of house in Bailey.
Bailey house UNDER CONTRACT in 24 hours, with two bidders....closing April 17th....move to Western
slope on 18th,19th April.....it has been a RAPID FIRE arc of events.
