Should the county be more proactive in making sure sand is down when the roads are icy? I am not talking about side streets I am talking about school but routes (paved)?
Definitely school bus routes should be a priority (I thought they already were? Friends of mine couldn't get out Friday b/c their road which is usually plowed wasn't and they were stuck at the end of the driveway which they'd plowed).
Is this in Jeffco or Park Co? If Park Co, there's a Comish with a Dish coming up next week - April 30th is the one in Bailey - and I'd bring it up with Mike Brazell (Mark Dowaliby was even at the last one I was able to attend and he's the transportation commissioner).
"Now, more than ever, the illusions of division threaten our very existence. We all know the truth: more connects us than separates us. But in times of crisis the wise build bridges, while the foolish build barriers. We must find a way to look after one another as if we were one single tribe.” -King T'Challa, Black Panther
The truth is incontrovertible. Malice may attack it. ignorance may deride it, but in the end, there it is. ~Winston Churchill
