The first commercial tenant has moved in and three more reportedly have signed letters of intent at the long-stagnant Kings Valley Marketplace in Conifer.
Evergreen Commercial Group, the first tenant in the 55,000-square-foot building, is also marketing the retail and office space at U.S. 285 and Kings Valley Drive.
Also coming to the $5.5 million center are a liquor store, a medical research firm and a lotion- and salve-making company, said Bill Downes, owner and broker for Evergreen Commercial Group.
Other businesses that have shown interest include meat markets, acupuncturists and retailers, developer Steve Cohen said in an e-mail.
