I-70 at Glenwood Canyon not ready to reopen to traffic, CDOT says

Anyone else notice the number of Semi's on 285 since I-70 has been closed?

Not sure how much snow we are to get but please watch for the extra traffic and be safe.

Per CDOT: I-70 in Glenwood Canyon will reopen a single lane with a pilot car beginning tonight at 6:00 pm - 9:00 am. Traffic delays of an hour or longer are to be expected. Eastbound is to begin at Exit 116 Glenwood Springs and westbound is to begin at Exit 129 Bair Ranch rest area.

The Canyon will close daily 9 am - 4 pm for continuing work.
