I'm not sure about Pine or Bailey, but the entire time that we lived in Kings Valley we were hoping they'd run a natural gas line down from the street just above us that had it and never did (we never put in a formal request though, knowing it would be too expensive to invest in running it down).
Is it in the neighborhood just not to your house or does it need to be run to the neighborhood yet?

In the neighborhood for years, runs right past my driveway. Requested Jun 2015 - was told this past April I would get it in June. Bought the required major appliances, paid for interior piping/DORA inspection, moved flagstone walkway and deck lattice to make way for gas line. Now I'm told they don't know when I'll get it.
Oh that's not cool. Have they provided any reasons why they don't know? If it's something out of their control I could understand, but if they're having trouble finding help just to physically install lines that's another matter. I'm sorry they're not moving faster for you.
