There have been numerous reports about pressuring, harassing and even bullying people to get signatures on the recall petitions. This is not allowed! Please share so people can get information if they were put in this position or if they have signed and changed their mind.

Did you sign the petition and now regret it?
If you were pressured in to signing or have since changed your mind it is easy to remove your signature. Under Colorado Law you will need to send written notice to a PACE committee member and to the Clerks office. This notice doesn't need to be fancy, it just needs to state that you are requesting your signature be removed from the petition to recall.
If you signed all five petitions please include the name of the officer(s) whose petition you wish to remove your signature. For instance if you signed all five petitions and want to remove your signature from all five the include all of the names. A sample letter is included on this link, as well as the addresses and the relevant Colorado Revised Statutes text.
