Jefferson County Open Space, with assistance from The National Park Service Rivers, Trails, and Conservation Assistance Program (RTCA) is supporting Beaver Ranch Community Inc. in developing a Master Plan for Beaver Ranch Park. This 450-acre park is owned by Jeffco Open Space, and is managed by Beaver Ranch Community Inc. through a cooperative agreement. The purpose of this Master Plan effort is:
1. To engage the regional Conifer community, partners and stakeholders in a thoughtful conversation on the vision for Beaver Ranch Park, through an inclusive and broad-reaching process.
2. To develop a Beaver Ranch Park Master Plan, acknowledging the important role and value that this 450-acre preserved open space land provides as a regional recreation amenity to the greater Conifer area community. This includes development and maintenance of the public facilities, land stewardship, and other management programs.
The plan will be developed using a process that actively engages community partners and stakeholders and continues to build collaborative partnerships with land management agencies, recreation service providers, and community partners.
Your responses to this survey will help us to develop a Master Plan that addresses community needs and desires.
