I have mostly good things about Neteo and Ryan, the owner. They are a Conifer Area Chamber of Commerce member which tells me they are serious about making their business succeed; they've also sponsored some of our Chamber events so they do get involved and give back, which lends merit and credibility.
That said, I've not had the opportunity to talk with him personally yet. I hope to soon. It sounds like a great deal he's offering, I'm jealous!
