The plants that I bought from HappyCamper did well this year, except for the brussel sprouts. They kept getting aphids and never formed any sprouts. 
Oddly, from a packet of Mixed Spring Greens, I had a corn stalk sprout. I thought I'd let it go to see what happened, and lo and behold I discovered an ear of corn today! Hubby joked that we'll have to make stir fry and put that one ear in as baby corn.
