Today is the last day to vote for The Flume's People's Choice Awards! If you don't see the ad at the top (see screen shot below) that takes you to the online survey when you click it, then you must turn your AdBlocker off. It also doesn't show up on mobile devices - you must be on a desktop or laptop. www.theflume.com/

If you could please take a few moments to go through the SurveyMonkey form and submit your favorite local business/nonprofits/people that would be great!

If you think we've done a good job this past year, please consider MyMountainTown.com for Best Local Website and/or Public Watchdog! (I think those categories are on about page 4 or 5 of the survey). We won 2 years ago and we've been working our tails off to improve the site even more since then! We are the only ones to videotape local meetings & debates to keep organizations and politicians transparent and honest, we have the most Foothills webcams of any site (and 15 of our own that you won't find anywhere else), daily updated weather specific for each mountain town provided by our awesome certified chief meteorologist, the most comprehensive Community Event Calendar, friendly forums, Classifieds, news, lost pets, we give back a ton to the community in time and money, help promote Shop Local, and so much more!

Don't forget Staunton State Park - Colorado Parks and Wildlife when you get to the Outdoor Activities categories for Best Hiking, Place for a Picnic, Waterfall, Horseback Riding, Climbing, Biking, & Running, and Friends of Staunton State Park for Best Nonprofit (who bought ice rescue equipment, a E-bike, installed a climbing kiosk, raised $41,000+, bought 2 Track Chairs, and helped start the first Accessibility Program at a Colorado State Park)! :)

It's one vote per person, so pass it along to your friends and family and don't forget to do it today!

Thank you!!

"Now, more than ever, the illusions of division threaten our very existence. We all know the truth: more connects us than separates us. But in times of crisis the wise build bridges, while the foolish build barriers. We must find a way to look after one another as if we were one single tribe.” -King T'Challa, Black Panther

The truth is incontrovertible. Malice may attack it. ignorance may deride it, but in the end, there it is. ~Winston Churchill
