Vehicle extraction from the river off of River Rd

North Fork Fire Rescue helping with a vehicle extraction from the river today. Driver made it out OK

My turn to rant. Someone ran my son off the road down on River Road last night, right before disk. He ended up rolling his car into the river and the person in the truck did not stop. He says he is OK. From the sounds of it his car is totalled. (Still in river). Police will get it out this morning. I am a native of Colorado and I can't believe someone would see they caused a car to go into a river and not stop to help. This could have ended up a lot worse, and they didn't care enough to stop. If anyone knows anything about who the person is or hears anything, please let the Jeffco and me know. Large dark colored truck on River Road is about the only description we have. Thanks for letting me rant and any info you may have. Thank you to the first responder.
