Suspects in January bar fight in Pine Junction arraigned

The two men accused of assaulting a father and endangering his then-4-year old daughter at a Pine Junction bar in January were arraigned Aug. 20 in Jefferson County court.

Devon Lee Premer of Arvada and Joel Michael Wilson of Evergreen are each facing one felony count of assault in the first degree, one felony count of assault in the second degree, one misdemeanor count of child abuse and one crime of violence count — a sentence enhancer that would allow a judge to give them each a lengthier sentence if convicted.
