There are about 30 new developments in the planning stages. This list was as of April and will be updated soon. Included is contact information for Jefferson County Case Managers.

◄DIMINISHING WATER SUPPLY►
A group of experts & interested community members has been formed to discuss issues related to water quantity and quality. Nobody knows for sure if our water supply is diminishing. This group is pursuing water studies to find out.
A community meeting is being planned for October, 2018.
